We really enjoyed our stay at Nhi Nhi hotel. It was extremely hot when we stayed at Hoi An, whenever we got back to the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff with cold towells, water or iced tea (which we were extremely grateful for). Unlike many 3 star hotels they had a pool to cool down in at the end of the day. They arranged transfers to and from Danang for us, and were really helpful in organising day trips to surrounding areas such as My Son or the beach. The hotel was only short 5 - 10 minute walk to the centre of town for restaurants, shopping and markets.
The only small draw back was that they didn't have credit card or eftpos facilities when we stayed there, so at checkout we had to go and find a bank to get enough VND to pay. Also, when we arrived the family room that we had booked was not available, but the room they put us into was comfortable enough.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a local neighborhood near the heart of Hoi An. The old colonial style of the rooms, with their balconies overlooking the pool, adds a charming touch to the experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread was the perfect start to our days of exploring.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And they got me a cake on my birthday which was a lovely surprise.
The room was quite small and could have used a paint job to make it look much better.

The staff were friendly helpful and a lot of fun to come "home" to. The location is a little further that we first thought- but was not a problem - sometimes it's nice to get away from the busyness - and we were only a short easy walking distance to most of the sights of the Old Quarter in Hoi An.

The rooms, styled in old colonial fashion, are equipped with balconies that provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the nearby market and bars. The staff here are genuine, extremely friendly, and always willing to help, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well-cared for during their stay. One delightful detail that stood out was the delicious fresh baked bread served as part of the included breakfast - a true treat to start the day!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke good English. You could book cars and tours with them as well. We were given 2 rooms for our family of 4 that connected over a balcony which was great. We had booked the family room, but they offered us the 2 rooms instead for more room and it overlooked the pool instead of being next to it. Breakfast was different and lovely each morning.
We were not able to pay the bill using a credit card, even though your website said we could. We had planned on paying by vias card and this messed up our finances a bit as we had to pay cash.

After having escaped the Cua Dai Beach Hotel, i received a warm wlecome here. The room was very dated, but clean and still ok. Almost kind of retro-nice. Breakfast on order, was good.
Helpful staff, but a lot of them hanging in the reception area, and must say I felt they were checking what I did on internet. A bit disturbing. I had to pay in the room in cash since their machine apparently had broken down. Also, when I wanted to share the transport to the airport with another solo traveller, they vere very reluctant to do so cause that ment they would have to cancel a car and probably loose a fine profit.. Always trying to make that extra dollar, you get a bit tired of that in the end.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The staff was friendly and talkative. The key locations were easily accessible. There was a really nice pool on the ground floor.
The hotel required payment in cash, which was difficult to facilitate, and there was no option for payment through a card. , the walk to the old city was a bit long and tiresome.

the room smelt of cigarette smoke as did the sheets even though we requested a non smoking room. only one bedside table per room. All rooms including bathroons look over indoor pool and all balconies face each other with only a snall distance between - you could talk to anyone from the balcony. You can hear very clearly staff at reception, the noise of chilkdren jumping in and out of the pool was really annoying. In the morning you could hear the staff cleaning the rooms. Cleaning staff have a meeting table in the corridor and dirty glasses and plates are left on the table all day.
